According to authorities, a 26-year-old Florida man has been arrested after admitting to sexual relations with a 15-year-old woman.
Dillon Atkinson was taken into custody final Thursday after allegations emerged that he had intercourse with an underage sufferer he met whereas taking part in Fortnite. [Atkinson] admitted to knowing the victim was underage because she told him she was sixteen years old. However, he advised the victim told him the age did not matter to her. [Atkinson] also stated he was unaware of the legal age of consent.”
The authorized age of consent in Florida is eighteen.
