The Lagos State Police State Commissioner of Police, Idowu Owohunwa has revealed that Naira Marley’s affiliate Sam Larry confessed to assaulting late singer, Mohbad.
He and Naira Marley nevertheless denied having a hand within the singer’s loss of life.
Owohunwa disclosed this whereas giving an replace on the loss of life of the singer.
He disclosed that Marley and Larry have been in another country when Mohbad died.
The CP, nevertheless, affirmed that Larry subjected Mohbad to bodily assault earlier than his loss of life.
He stated:-
“There are proof that Naira Marley and Sam Larry don’t have anything to do with Mohbad’s loss of life.
“Documentary proof exhibits that each Naira Marley and Sam Larry weren’t within the nation through the singer’s loss of life.
“However, there are digital proof that Sam Larry bullied the singer, this he admitted.
“Sam Larry admitted to physically assaulting Mohbad over the two million naira the singer collected for his mother’s burial but failed to perform during the event.”
