Liverpool supervisor Jurgen Klopp says the release of Luis Diaz’s kidnapped father only a couple of hours earlier than their Europa League tie in Toulouse was good timing.
Luis Manuel Diaz was taken together with his spouse Cilenis Marulanda 12 days in the past, though Diaz’s mom was freed swiftly.

“It looks like Lucho (Diaz) is really happy, (giving) thumbs up all the time,” Klopp instructed TNT Sports.
“It looks very, very good. Timing-wise it couldn’t have been better. If it is now then great.”
The news was confirmed in an announcement from the Colombian Football Federation, which mentioned: “The Colombian Football Federation thanks the nationwide authorities, the army forces and the nationwide police, in addition to all of the establishments and officers that made the release of Luis Manuel Diaz, father of our participant Luis Diaz, potential.
“Football as a sporting self-discipline symbolises expertise, dedication, teamwork and the intrinsic values of human beings.
