Disney has launched the primary teaser trailer for Inside Out 2 and because the emotion characters we got here to know within the first movie are comfy and settled in, their complete world is turned the wrong way up with the introduction of a new emotion… Anxiety.
The first 2015 film Inside Out was a coming of age movie that centered on 11-year-old Riley (Kaitlyn Dias) and the 5 feelings in her mind which included Joy (Amy Poehler), Sadness (Phyllis Smith), Disgust (Mindy Kaling), Fear (Tony Hale) and Anger (Lewis Black).
The frazzled, orange Anxiety character is voiced by Maya Hawke, and she or he comes into the story as Riley enters her teenage years. Director Kelsey Mann says Anxiety “is likely to be new to the crew, however she’s probably not the sort to take a again seat. That makes a lot of sense if you concentrate on it when it comes to what goes on inside all our minds.”
Inside Out 2 is set to release in theaters on June 14, 2024. Watch the trailer!
