Gina Kirschenheiter defined why she clapped again at Andy Cohen after he dissed her dwelling as the most cost effective of the Real Housewives of Orange County forged whereas showing on an episode of Melissa Gorga‘s podcast final week.
As she appeared again at an uncomfortable run-in she had with Andy, 55, at BravoCon and confirmed the place the 2 of them stand in the present day. Gina, 39, stated that whereas she loves Andy, his remark about her $659,000 home was “out of line.”
“The thing is I love Andy. We all love Andy, but when you’re out of line, you’re out of line. And sometimes when you’re out of line, you need to be put back,” Gina acknowledged on the December 14 episode of On Display With Melissa Gorga. “Honestly, it’s because I respect Andy that I felt that I could clap back to that in an honest but respectful way. And I knew that that was okay because I respect him and because he’s a good person.”
According to Gina, she heard again rapidly from Andy after making it clear she was not glad that he had put a highlight on the truth that her property was price lower than that of her castmates.
“I wasn’t surprised [when] I literally woke up to a text message from Andy apologizing,” she admitted.
Although Gina is aware of she’s within the recreation of “petty” on the subject of being a part of the Real Housewives franchise, noting it as “part of [her] job,” she added that issues are taken too far at instances.
“We take shots at each other. I think he was just trying to stoke the fire there a little bit. I think it’s gotta be an incredibly hard job to walk that line, and sometimes you do cross it,” she acknowledged. “I understand that, but I also understand that he’s a human being. I’m always going to try to defend myself, but I always try to do it in a respectful manner.”
Following their short-lived feud, Gina stated they’re “good,” however acknowledged the stress between them at BravoCon.
“We’re good… It was a little uncomfortable for me at BravoCon cause it was the first time I had saw him… Also, you don’t want to make your boss upset,” she shared. “Nobody wants to piss off Andy… It was a little uncomfortable, but I said hello and then we were like, all good.”
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 is anticipated to enter manufacturing someday in early 2024.
