Another isekai joins the slowly rising Titan Manga library, that includes a slightly uncommon premise centered around a sort-of-aspiring atheist: Working for God in a Godless World.
An imprint of Titan Comics, Titan Manga introduced through press launch a new manga sequence referred to as Working for God in a Godless World earlier this week. Written by Aoi Akashiro and illustrated by Sonsho Hangetsuban, the synopsis revolves around a younger man named Yukito Urabe, whose cult chief father sacrifices him to a god named Mitama within the hopes that Urabe could also be reborn as the following chief. Just earlier than he drowns, Yukito sends one final prayer to the heavens above that he could be reborn in a world with out faith — and his prayer is heard. Before Yukito can quiet down, although, it seems Mitama has adopted him into the brand new world and declared herself the primary and solely God there.
Titan Manga describes Working for God in a Godless World:
When Urabe is sacrificed by his father to the omnipotent Mitama, he prays that he can lastly be with out faith. He wakes up in a placid world free of religion, and begins a new life there, however when the reality is revealed, that the ruling empire purges the residents,Urabe should discover his religion and summon Mitama to guard them!
The first quantity of Working for God in a Godless World will probably be launched in print and digital codecs on October 29, 2024. At 192 pages, Vol. 1 is priced at $12.99 and is on the market for preorder now.
Although October continues to be a great distance away earlier than followers can maintain the bodily model, they will nonetheless dive into Working for God in a Godless World through anime adaptation. Produced by Studio Palette, the 12-episode sequence aired from April to July 2023 and is on the market in each subbed and dubbed type on Crunchyroll.
