Casey Donovan has come a great distance since she first appeared on Australian TV screens at age 16.

“Life happens… we went through a two-year pandemic and this threw a spanner in the works for everyone,” Donovan explains.
“I just stopped and thought, ‘Okay, what do I need in my life?’ It was time for me to get out there and become the best version of myself.

“Being on Jenny Craig has been an absolute Godsend. We solely get one vessel in life and I wish to be prepared for no matter life throws at me.”
Even although her current weight loss was a proud second for Donovan, she says her well being journey is consistently evolving.

However, she does benefit from the shocked feedback from family and friends – even followers – who recognise the trouble she has put in.
“My life has been a relentless journey of discovering my happiness and the healthiest a part of me,” she adds.
