British actress and BAFTA nominee Rebecca Hall is not any stranger to a psychological thriller. If something, she’s a veteran.
The celebrated actress is understood for some really gripping performances within the horror class, together with Nick Murphy’s The Awakening, David Bruckner’s The Night House and the 2015 thriller, The Gift.
Hall’s newest movie sees her star because the lead in Andrew Semans’ haunting movie Resurrection, the place she performs a mom irrevocably scarred by a shadow from her previous who immediately reappears in her life.

And if there’s one factor she and 9Celebrity agree on, it is that the movie is completely wacky.
“The film is wacky,” she says. “It is just bonkers. And in many ways, that’s what appealed to me so much because it felt like… heightened – like not on our level of reality. It felt like Greek-mythology-bonkers.”
In the movie, Hall, who’s 40, stars reverse Oscar nominee and Reservoir Dogs actor Tim Roth, 61.
Hall performs Margaret, a personality who’s the archetype of success – glossy, robust and expertly managed. She can also be a mom to a teenage daughter and is having an affair with a married colleague.
Roth performs David, the shadow from Margaret’s previous who seems sooner or later with the intention to misalign her.
Through an unassuming and generally barely-there efficiency David picks on the holes in Margaret’s facade, threatens her little one and her security, and unravels her.
