Eminem is coming again to Marvel Comics for an Amazing Spider-Man variant cowl that options the proficient rapper dealing with off with Spider-Man in a rap battle. In reality, the artwork is an homage to the rap battle scene of Eminem’s 2002 movie 8 Mile.
Eminem shared on Twitter: “HONORED to be on the official variant of The Amazing Spider-Man (2022).” It was also announced that the variant will go on sale on November 22nd through Eminem’s website.
While the variant art is new, the cover is for Amazing Spider-Man #1 (Legacy #895) which was released back in April. It was illustrated by Salvador Larroca and Edgar Delgado.
This isn’t the first time that Eminem has appeared in a Marvel comic, back in 2009 he teamed up with Frank Castle in Eminem/Punisher #1, and together they take on terrorists who interrupt one of his concerts.
