Whoopi Goldberg is rolling out a much-needed apology … after making claims in regards to the Holocaust that many discovered extremely antisemitic.
Whoopi provided her “sincere apologies” Tuesday, telling Rolling Stone, “It was never my intention to appear as if I was doubling down on hurtful comments, especially after talking with and hearing people like rabbis and old and new friends weighing in.”
She says she’s nonetheless studying — however confirms, “I imagine that the Holocaust was about race, and I’m nonetheless as sorry now as I used to be then that I upset, harm and angered individuals.”
As we reported, Whoopi confronted extreme backlash after not too long ago telling The Times Jewish individuals themselves are divided on whether or not they’re really a race or not, even quoting one Jewish buddy as saying … “Not for nothing is there no box on the census for the Jewish race. Whoopi went on to double down on the notion that the Holocaust wasn’t about race, from her POV, by saying … “Remember who they have been killing first. They weren’t killing racial; they have been killing bodily. They have been killing individuals they thought-about to be mentally faulty. And then they made this determination.”
