That ’90s Show might be one of the eagerly-awaited sitcom revivals in a very long time. Luckily, some previous favorites are returning… Including Bob. Bob is a little bit of a divisive character, particularly for Kitty and Red. Bob Pinciotti, portrayed by Don Stark, is Donna’s father and neighbor to Red and Kitty Foreman.
