Love Actually star Martine McCutcheon has opened up about her expertise with a “crippling” symptom she’s coping with from a widely-experienced health condition.
Posting to Instagram, McCutcheon, 46, revealed she’s been going by the motions of perimenopause, and anxiousness that is made her really feel like she’s misplaced her thoughts.
“Perimenopause symptoms… Such fun!” she wrote. “I have the hot flushes, the insomnia, the brain fog and fatigue … The list goes on doesn’t it?!”

The star went on to disclose that she was dealing with the signs as a result of her earlier struggles with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, also called ME/CFS.
