PSG have unveiled their third kit for the 2022/23 season, which swaps across the colors of their house strip.
After controversially going with an all-blue house shirt final season, Nike restored the long-lasting stripe to the kit this yr, with a white one that includes a pink border taking place the center of it.
They have gone with an analogous design for the reigning Ligue 1 champion’s third kit, swapping the colors round.
White turns into the primary color of the shirt, with the stripe being predominantly blue with a pink border round it.
As is the case with the house shirt, each the PSG badge and the Nike brand are on the centre of the strip moderately than on both facet of the stripe, whereas the French flag is on the cuffs.
“Designed as a contrast to the home shirt unveiled in June, the Parisian third kit draws on one of the club’s most emblematic shirt designs,” an official assertion reads.
“For the first time, the white shirt has a vertical blue band down the middle, edged in red. As has been the case for the last few seasons, the shirts worn by Paris Saint-Germain’s players and supporters are made using 100% polyester from recycled plastic bottles.
“This new shirt will likely be worn by the lads’s soccer workforce and completes the membership’s kit for the season, after the disclosing of the house kit in June and the away kit in July.”
It’s a somewhat unusual third shirt in the sense that it’s the same colour as the club’s away kit. Given that, they’ll never be obliged to wear it and will simply choose between the two kits when unable to wear their home colours.
