3:29 PM PT — Clark‘s lawyer, Carl Moore, tells us, “Today’s action by the grand jury is not unexpected. We would ask people to remember that getting an indictment requires meeting a very, very minimal standard of proof. When we get inside a courtroom and in front of a jury, where we will be able to put on our evidence and cross-examine the state’s witnesses— where the standard of proof is guilt beyond a reasonable doubt— we expect the jury will come back with a verdict of not guilty.”
Takeoff‘s alleged killer, Patrick Xavier Clark, has simply been formally charged with homicide within the Migos rapper’s taking pictures demise
A Texas grand jury indicted Clark on homicide costs Thursday … the Harris County District Attorney’s Office instructed KHOU.

As … Takeoff was shot and killed again in November outdoors a Houston bowling alley, the place he was partying with Quavo. What began out as a celebration became an argument, which led to a bodily altercation and finally a deadly taking pictures.
Houston PD arrested Clark in December, accusing him of firing the deadly photographs.
Remember … the coroner’s report mentioned Takeoff was shot within the head and the torso. Police say Takeoff was not armed and he was an harmless bystander when he was hit by gunfire.
As we reported … Clark was launched from the Harris County Jail in early January after posting $1 million bond.
TMZ broke the story … Clark has already requested a decide for $5,000 to rent a non-public investigator to correctly put together his protection, claiming he is financially unable to cowl the prices of hiring a P.I. on his personal.
