DC Shoes and Thrasher Magazine are teaming up for a collaboration that celebrates the twenty fifth anniversary of professional skater Josh Kalis. The restricted version collection, which will probably be accessible for buy on June 3, honors the enduring skater and former Thrasher cowl star and marks 25 years since his first-ever professional shoe.

The capsule collection options attire and co-branded sneakers, together with the brand new Kalynx Zero S and the Truth. The Kalynx is drawn from two of Kalis’ favourite DC sneakers, the Kalis Lite and the Lynx Zero S, whereas the Truth stays a favourite type amongst followers of early 2000s skate sneakers and this explicit model options an unique camo print. The designs on each merchandise have been impressed by Kalis’ 2018 cowl of Thrasher, in addition to his love for camo and Philadelphia, which is the place he spent a lot of his youth.
In a press launch, Tony Vitello, President of Thrasher Magazine, mentioned, “I’m honored to help celebrate the 25th anniversary of his pro shoe. I remember getting a pair of his first signature kicks with DC when I was a teenager. I wore them to the SOTY party in SF with my dad and felt like the coolest dude on earth. 25 years later and I’m still hyped to lace up a shoe with his name on it. Big Love.”
