Big Trouble in Little China is one of my absolute favourite motion pictures of all time, and I used to be obsessed with this film as a child as nicely. Wondering if anybody else has a lifelong ardour for this film. Also thought I’d share that in 1989, once I was 9, I wrote a fan letter to Dennis Dun, the actor who performed Wang Chi. He was my favourite character in the film and I believed he was actually actually cool. Somehow my dad was capable of get the letter to him and he mailed me this high-quality photo with a customized autograph. I used to be past thrilled once I acquired it. Anyway, I feel this film is timeless and might attraction to anybody regardless of age. I don't suppose anybody apart from John Carpenter might've made this film as good as it’s. There’s simply one thing about it that’s so authentic and enjoyable. All the characters are implausible and it’s simply a blast. I’d also wish to level out that James Hong is so good as Lo Pan. One of the perfect villains of all time! For individuals who have beloved this film since childhood, what has saved you drawn to this film after so a few years? https://preview.redd.it/x05n0pnoya9b1.jpg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=76cec7183bed6fc6c28dd553f21ac7fdcae73c54 submitted by /u/BobbyH64 |
