F.A.R.M. SYSTEM SYNOPSIS:
In the Farm System, having an unimaginable and distinctive energy is
solely step one. Guided by a military of brokers, managers, and
specialists, recruits should bear rigorous psychological evaluations,
harassment and sensitivity seminars, advertising, and endorsement
workshops, and costume design conferences, all to spice up their probabilities
of recruitment into an A-list superhero staff.
Some recruits make “the Bigs”. Some have fleeting moments of
glory, then lose all of it. Some take “Blue Cowl” gigs as superpowered
bodyguards for well-known actors or highly effective CEOs. Some flounder within the
System for years, by no means getting “the call”. And some discover success
by becoming a member of groups of a… much less respected ilk.

Rich Koslowski examines the hopes, disappointments, perseverance,

ABOUT RICH KOSLOWSKI:
Rich Koslowski is greatest identified for his fan-friendly comedian ebook
collection The 3 Geeks (later Geeksville), because the recipient of three
Eisner Award nominations, and for the much-lauded graphic novel
Three Fingers in 2002 (printed by Top Shelf Productions), which
received the coveted Ignatz Award for Outstanding Graphic Novel and was
named as one of many 500 Essential Graphic Novels by Harper Collins
in 2008. In 2005, his second graphic novel with Top Shelf, The
King, was launched and has been printed in a number of overseas
languages. In 2007, he wrote his first novel, a Christmas thriller
entitled The List. 2008 introduced Koslowski his first writing
project for Marvel Comics, rebooting their standard Guardian
character, now named Weapon Omega. Koslowski’s writing of Weapon
Omega was acknowledged with a Prism Award. In 2010, his third graphic
novel with Top Shelf, BB Wolf and the Three LPs, was launched and
Koslowski received the Glyph Award for Best Artist.
