“I did have to sacrifice a lot I guess of family time, but I also felt that having four daughters it’s important they know you can be a mum and you can have a career just like dad can,” Alex defined.
It comes after daughter Mia, 23, who has a advertising diploma and does advertising for Runway Room, instructed 9honey she could not be extra happy with her mom and is sick of seeing her labelled as a “WAG”.
“My mum is a very, very successful woman in her business, her career, everything she puts her mind to. She’s extremely creative and will succeed at anything she does,” Mia stated only one month in the past.
Alex says this week about Mia’s feedback that they are “nice to hear,” as typically she’s “just mum” to her children.

Alex is celebrating her diffusion line Runway Express launching into Direct Chemist Outlet shops Australia-wide – with her BROSH mineral bronzer promoting out inside 12 hours and thought of one of many outlet’s most profitable launches ever seen.
“We’ve been blown away with the response,” Alex says.
“We’re up against all the big guys like Maybelline and Revlon and they’ve got their own SKU line and we’ve got four products. It’s validating really.”
The philosophy of the model consists of ageless beauty and beauty that’s accessible to everybody; when it comes to being simple to use and a superb value level.
“We wanted the products to suit everybody. Mature ladies love our skin products… ageless beauty has been a big part of our brand for a long time. [Previously] No one was talking about anybody or showing anybody over 25,” she says.
“I thought my goodness… why is nobody talking to them? So we started very early, before it was on trend, marketing our ageless beauty.”
