Andy Cohen has provided a public apology to Garcelle Beauvais.
After catching warmth for the obvious disinterest he confirmed in direction of Garcelle on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion, which noticed Lisa Rinna admitting to throwing her e book within the trash, Andy took to his radio present to categorical remorse.
“I need to really sincerely apologize not only for diverting the topic but for not returning — even worse — to the serious conversation that was at hand,” Andy stated on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy on October 24. “I have deep admiration for Garcelle.”
According to Andy, he and Garcelle “had a really good, productive conversation last Thursday” about his reunion conduct, which resulted in a bevy of on-line backlash.
“I should have been more in tune with her feelings,” he admitted. “I just wanted to say that because I’ve been logging in and I get it.”

After Lisa acknowledged that it was she, not Erika Jayne as beforehand thought, who threw away Garcelle’s e book, “Love Me as I Am,” Andy appeared extra involved with chatting with Lisa and Erika, and joking about Lisa’s lack of recycling, than reflecting on the way it made Garcelle really feel.

Following the episode, social media customers took to Twitter and Instagram to voice their opinions, even calling for Bravo to discover a new host for future RHOBH reunions.
“I am disappointed in your treatment of Garcelle during Reunion #2. You joined with Rinna and Erika laughing about throwing her book in the trash and joking about recycling instead of addressing the real issue,” one particular person shared.
“So wait, executive producer, Andy Cohen, watched this reunion before it aired and thought it was OK to show himself and the mean girls make fun of Garcelle’s book being thrown in the trash?
