

Sensational Nigerian singer, Victony has opened up about why he didn’t pursue a profession in music regardless of realizing he had vocal skill.
Victony claimed that rapping was his dream profession as a result of he believed singing was just for “weak people.”
He made the disclosure in a current interview that he switched from rapping to singing in 2020.
He mentioned:
“2020 was when I started doing Afrobeats, “Soweto” was considered one of my earliest makes an attempt at Afrobeats“
“Honestly, I used to know I may sing however I simply refused to. Because I simply felt prefer it was for weak individuals. I felt prefer it was an escape for weak individuals.
“I always loved that rapper energy and I wanted to be a rapper. But when I started singing, I realized that it is just as technical as rapping.”
