Arianne Zucker — star of the hit present “Days of Our Lives” — is suing the manufacturing firm behind the legendary cleaning soap opera … TMZ has discovered.
According to court docket paperwork obtained by TMZ … Arianne is suing Corday Production Inc., its govt producer Ken Corday, and former govt producer of the present Albert Alarr claiming Albert sexually harassed her and different feminine workers on the present.
Zucker says she was subjected to nonconsensual sexual touching and sexually harassing feedback throughout Alarr’s employment — claiming Alarr would incessantly pull her near his chest and make sexual moans whereas doing so.
At different instances, Zucker says Alarr would make sexually suggestive remarks whereas filming, like allegedly telling her costars filming intercourse scenes together with her that he would “love to switch positions” with them, and Arianne says he made it clear he loved aggressive intercourse scenes.
On high of that, Zucker says his conduct was well-known to different producers … claiming a number of girls went to Corday Production Inc. through the years however the firm allegedly did nothing.
Arianne says she finally contacted the co-producer of the present, Sony, and met with their HR division. She says she met with the division a number of instances between March 2023 and June 2023 … throughout which she claims Alarr was allowed to proceed engaged on the present — which Zucker says made her really feel “violated and intimidated.”
Alarr was later fired in August in what Zucker claims was a transfer to “save face” as soon as allegations in opposition to Alarr went public.
Then in October, Arianne stated her contract was working out and she or he tried to barter with Corday Productions … who she says gave her a “take it or leave it” provide and would not negotiate in “good faith.” She says her outdated contract expired final month, which she says primarily amounted to her being fired from her job.
She’s suing for harassment, discrimination, retaliation, negligent hiring and supervision, and wrongful termination amongst different claims … she’s looking for unspecified damages.
