Billy Joel will launch his first new track in practically 20 years, “Turn the Lights Back On,” on Feb. 1.

But that may change on Feb. 1 when “Turn the Lights Back On” is launched through Columbia. According to a press launch, it was produced by Freddy Wexler and written by Wexler, Arthur Bacon, Wayne Hector and Joel.
