It appears Blackpink’s Jisoo and Ahn Bo Hyun’s romance wasn’t meant to final as a result of the well-known pair break up after just a few months of courting.
Back on Aug. 3, it was revealed that Jisoo was courting Ahn after the pair had been photographed assembly up in photos obtained by Korean information outlet Dispatch. Jisoo and Ahn’s respective businesses, YG Entertainment and FN Entertainment, confirmed the brand new relationship. “They are getting to know each other with positive feelings,” the businesses mentioned in a press release to Newsen (through Soompi), including, “We would be thankful if you look upon them with warmth.”
However, on Oct. 24, after three months of low-key courting, Korean information outlet JTBC reported that the pair had break up. A supply advised the publication, “Jisoo and Ahn Bo Hyun’s relationship naturally became distant due to their busy schedules, and they recently broke up” (translated through Soompi). YG Entertainment confirmed the information in a press release to Chosun, saying, “It is true that Jisoo and Ahn Bo Hyun broke up.” Reps for Jisoo didn’t instantly reply to POPSUGAR’s request for touch upon the breakup, whereas reps for Ahn couldn’t be reached.
Jisoo’s relationship with Ahn marked the primary time she went public with a romantic relationship in her seven-year profession as a member of Blackpink. Ahn gained fame by his notable appearing roles in common Ok-dramas like “Itaewon Class,” “Yumi’s Cells,” and, most just lately, “See You in My 19th Life.”
Jisoo is not the primary member of Blackpink to get swept up in buzz round a relationship. Her bandmate Jennie has been linked to BTS’s V since May 2022. The pair had been noticed on a romantic stroll in Paris this May. Unlike within the case of Jisoo and Ahn, YG and V’s company, Hybe, has avoided confirming or denying the connection.
