Fans have been very excited ever since Disney and Marvel introduced the reboot of Netflix’s Daredevil sequence that was initially made for Netflix and starred Charlie Cox. Once Cox confirmed up in the MCU as Matt Murdoch, aka Daredevil, in Spider-Man: No Way Home, we knew it was official, and we had a lot to look ahead to. So far, Disney and Marvel have saved fairly quiet about what we will count on from the new sequence, and whereas Cox doesn’t know (or no less than can’t inform us if he does), he has speculated a bit about what the story would possibly cowl.
Cox just lately sat down for an interview with Entertainment Tonight (by way of The Direct), and he talked about the sequence ranging from scratch, saying:
“What’s great about that is that we potentially get to tell some of the stories over and over again in the same way that they do in the comics, you know. Every now and again, they start back at the beginning of Murdock’s journey as a little boy and they tell the whole origin story again. So maybe we’ll get to do that, I don’t know.”
Cox additionally talked about the sequence reboot to extraTV at D23 Expo, saying:
“It is a Season 1, it is not Season 4, so it is a whole new thing. Which I think is the way to go. If you are going to do it again, do it differently.”
The title, Daredevil: Born Again, definitely means that we’re going to get one thing completely completely different. The sequence is predicted to drop spring 2024. Are you excited for a new Daredevil story?
