Coldplay is heading to Australia for a one-off stadium present, as a part of the British band’s Music of The Spheres World Tour.
Chris Martin and Co. will head west for a single date Nov. 18 at Perth’s Optus Stadium – marking their return to Western Australia for the primary time since 2009.
“It’s a huge deal for us,” reads an announcement from the band, “and we’re massively looking forward to coming back to Western Australia. It’s been way too long.”
Homegrown singer-songwriters Amy Shark and Thelma Plum will every carry out standalone units in assist.
The Australia-exclusive is funded by means of the Western Australian authorities, by means of Tourism WA, and is predicted to drive 1000’s of holiday makers to the distant state capital “to experience an incredible performance, injecting millions into the local economy,” reads an announcement.
