Rod Stewart has put his longtime Beverly Hills mansion in the marketplace for $80 million.

According to the New York Times, Stewart is planning to spend extra time in his native Britain, in addition to in a house he owns in Florida. “The whole family lived there for 30 years,” explains Tomer Fridman of the Fridman Group, who holds the unique itemizing for the property. “The children grew up there, and he’s got grandchildren already. He built a whole life there, and it’s just time.”
The butter yellow residence options 28,000 sq. ft of residing area, highlighted by a grand lobby that includes a double staircase and double-height ceilings. Outside there is a pool and spa and manicured lawns. Stewart’s lifelong ardour for soccer is represented by the constructing’s absolutely lighted, 60×120 foot enjoying discipline.
Earlier this month, Stewart introduced plans to take his musical profession in a brand new path with Swing Fever, an album of basic huge band numbers carried out in collaboration with Jools Holland and set for launch in February 2024. “I just want to leave all the rock ‘n’ roll stuff behind,” he defined, “for a while, maybe.”

Stewart will play his final present of 2023 tonight in Madrid, then return to the states for a quick tour in February 2024, which will likely be adopted by longer visits to Asia and Europe.
