Downton Abbey stars’ fairytale weddings: Michelle Dockery’s art gallery, Allen Leech’s ranch & more

Michelle Dockery married Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s brother Jasper on 23 September 2023 in entrance of her fellow Downton Abbey stars Joanne Froggatt, Elizabeth McGovern, Hugh Bonneville, Lesley Manville and Lesley Nicol. 

The completely happy couple have been pictured exiting St Nicholas’ church in Chiswick, West London, with Michelle sporting a shocking white satin Emilia Wickstead robe with a dropped waist and a pleated skirt, whereas her husband rocked a blue three-piece swimsuit.

They went on to have fun their reception at art gallery Orleans House Gallery in Twickenham, overlooking The Thames. The special occasion came about seven years after Michelle’s late fiancé John Dineen died from most cancers aged 34.

Allen Leech

Allen Leech travelled to his spouse Jessica Blair Herman’s native nation for his or her wedding ceremony day, which they shared completely with HELLO! journal. On 5 January 2019, the Bohemian Rhapsody actor exchanged vows on the 10,000-acre Alisal Ranch and Resort in California’s Santa Ynez Valley, which he described as “a summer camp in winter.”

Hugh Bonneville married Lucinda ‘Lulu’ Williams in November 1998 after assembly as youngsters in West Sussex. Despite shedding contact after Hugh’s household moved away from the realm, they later reconnected and their romance blossomed. “I had girlfriends, but settling down was the last thing. Jim Carter and Imelda Staunton’s paths crossed whereas they have been rehearsing for the National Theatre’s Guys And Dolls in 1982. They bought married one 12 months later, and whereas few particulars have been launched of their wedding ceremony day, Jim described it as “the best of my life”.

Speaking of the key to their three-decade marriage, he instructed Saga Magazine: “We giggle quite a bit at dwelling and at work and I believe that helps hold you youthful.

“I’m head gardener and she is head chef and we assist each other with those roles. It’s very equal.”
