Dyro and RayRay have landed on Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak with a colossal collaboration, “To The Beat.”
Combining gritty basslines and intoxicating power, the new tune marks Dyro’s debut on the label. Starting off with heat basslines and sultry vocals, “To The Beat” is as attention-grabbing as it’s infectious. The drop expertly combines tech and electro home power, making for anthemic floor-filler that’s sure to propel each acts into an enormous 12 months.
Still buzzing off his 2023 releases, amongst them “Lucid” through Martin Garrix’s STMPD RCRDS and “Right Here,” which was launched alongside Amba Shepherd on Spinnin’ Records, Dyro is undoubtedly primed for an enormous 2024. RayRay, alternatively, remains to be driving the success of her debut album Unearthly World, which dropped in late-2022 on Yellow Claw’s Barong Family, in addition to a handful of 2023 releases through mau5trap.
“I’ve created ‘To The Beat’ with the dancefloor in mind. Initially, I was working around a vocal sample, but teaming up with RayRay, we lifted the track to a new level,” Dyro mentioned in an announcement. “Tested during ADE—the track went off! I can’t wait to play this out more and see the crowd respond. Having Steve and Dim Mak’s confidence in pushing this as the first of a new collaboration between myself and Dim Mak makes for an exciting start to 2024!”
