The middle-grade graphic novel from the writer’s Henry Holt and Co. imprint comes from the inventive staff of author Rey Terciero and artist Monica M. Magaña. Doña Quixote: Rise of the Knight is the most recent graphic novel from Rey Terciero, a pen identify for author Rex Ogle. Other books written by Ogle below the Terciero identify embody Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy (with artist Bre Indigo) and Swan Lake: Quest for the Kingdoms (with artist Megan Kearney). It’s the debut graphic novel for Monica M. Magaña, a storyboard artist and animator who has labored on properties together with Star Wars and Polly Pocket.
