Finn Wolfhard Says Stranger Things Season 5 Is ‘Grand’ But ‘Isolated’

“We’re about three months in, and it’s really crazy,” the actor, 21, revealed in a Wednesday, March 13, interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

I just want people to see it and I want to be able to see it. But the rest of it? No. I’m indebted to Stranger Things, and it’ll take however long it’s going to take. There’s no way to control that, so you might as well just ride it.”

While Wolfhard is glad to be again on set along with his costars, the fact of the collection coming to an finish hits more durable now that filming has begun.

“You think about how to be as present as possible, but then at the same time, you’re conflicted that this is the last one,” he acknowledged. “So I’m trying to find that balance of staying present while also knowing that this is going to be the last season. But it’s been great.”
