Pastor David Ibiyeomie of Salvation Ministries has defined why he can’t pay 10 % as his tithe in church.
Ibiyeomie, who spoke whereas addressing his members on Sunday in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, stated God would take care of him if he pays 10 % as tithe.
Describing the refusal to pay tithe as a type of greed, he stated those that don’t tithe discover life very tight for them.
“In truth, nowadays, I don’t even pay ten, my P.A. is there. I pay far past ten, for each cash I get.
“That is what you’re struggling to pay as tithe, me I pay greater than ten % as providing.
“My tithe is just not fifteen %, I gained’t let you know the proportion, I’m on one other degree. I gained’t let you know what I pay as tithe. If I pay ten %, God will flog me.
“Me, pay tithe of ten percent for what? You pay ten percent, that’s the recommended one, but me, I’m at another level.”
