It’s one other conflict of popular culture icons as GODZILLA VS MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS II is coming in April from author Cullen Bunn and artist Baldemar Rivas, together with colorist Andrew Dalhouse and letterer Johanna Guzman.
It’s the second three way partnership from IDW, Boom, and Toho International, following their first conflict final 12 months.
In this outing, the infamous Rita Repulsa groups up with new mysterious allies Astronema and the Alliance of Evil, unleashing chaos that features acquainted foes like AreaGodzilla, Clawhammer, Tentacreep, and extra.
Eisner-nominated author Bunn returns for spherical two, promising surprises.
“If I was going to pit Godzilla against the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers again, I knew I needed to do something huge,” said Bunn. “Mayhem alone was not enough! And, believe me, what we’re doing in this new series is something wild and unexpected and game-changing! If you’re a Rangers fan… if you’re a Godzilla fan… if you’re a fan of bonkers fun… buckle up! The debut problem options Cover A by Freddie Williams and Dalhouse, Cover B by Alex Sanchez and Matt Herms, and a RI cowl by Hendry Prasetya and Dalhouse – and as befits the subject material these covers are good and lurid. See beneath.
