The winners of the 2022 Hugo Awards have been introduced Sunday, September 4th in a ceremony at the eightieth WorldCon— named ChiCon this yr— in Chicago, IL. The occasion was hosted by authors Charlie Jane Anders and Annalee Newitz.
The Hugo Awards, science fiction’s most prestigious award, have been first introduced in 1953 and have been introduced yearly since 1955. The winners are individuals or works from the earlier yr and are decided by the World Science Fiction Convention— or WorldCon— members.
The 2022 Hugo Award winners are as follows:
