The father of late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba a.okay.a Mohbad, Joseph Aloba, on Wednesday, October 25, advised a coroner’s courtroom sitting in Lagos that he doesn’t belief the spouse of his deceased son, Wunmi.

While testifying through the nook’s inquest into the demise of his son, Mr Aloba advised the Coroner, Magistrate Adedayo Shotobi, that he and his son lived collectively for 18 years. He mentioned late Mohbad left house when he was of age and commenced to dwell with Marley, helping the Marlian file label boss whereas pursuing his personal music profession.

Mr Aloba advised the coroner that he didn’t know the precise home wherein his late son was dwelling with Naira Marley. Also, he mentioned his deceased son’s landed property have been within the custody of his mother-in-law, including that the deceased typically advised him about his possessions held by his spouse and her household.

He claimed that Mohbad’s spouse put sleeping tablets into his meals typically and that she even slept with one other signee.

“I shared 18 years together with my son, and he had no record of any terminal disease. I only took him to a chemist when he was 16 for treatment of rashes. I don’t trust his wife. My son told me she always put sleeping pills in his noodles and went to another room to sleep with another signee in the same house. Mobhad made efforts to reconcile me with his mother,” he mentioned

He additionally advised the coroner that Mohbad purchased a automobile for him after reconciling along with his mom.
