Ismaila Maihanci, House of Representatives member-elect for Jalingo/Yorro/Zing Federal Constituency in Taraba State, is lifeless. He died on the age of 36.
His demise was disclosed by a presidential aide, Bashir Ahmad, on Twitter on Saturday, April 22, 2023.
Posting by way of his deal with, Bashir wrote,
”Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un! Just obtained a tragic information concerning the passing of our brother, Hon. Ismail Maihanci, a member-elect of Jalingo, Yorro and Zing, Federal Constituency in Taraba State. May Allah (SWT) forgive his shortcomings and grant him Jannah al-Firdaus.
He was buried on Saturday based on Islamic rites.
Maihanci served as a Special Adviser to Taraba State Governor Darius Ishaku earlier than to his election. He was additionally the Taraba State Secretary of the PDP.
