Diana married her second husband, Norwegian businessman, transport magnate, and mountaineer Arne Naess Jr., in 1986. Diana grew to become stepmother to his three elder kids, Katinka, Christoffer, and people singer Leona Naess. A yr after tying the knot, their son Ross Arne Naess was born, and Evan Olav Naess adopted in August 1988.
Diana and Arne Naess ended their marriage in 2000. Arne tragically died in a climbing accident in Cape Town, South Africa, in 2004. He was 66 years previous. Per Oprah, Diana has since referred to as him “the love of my life.”
