Months after Jacky Oh’s sudden and tragic passing, a choice has been made relating to legal responsibility.
As Perezcious readers know, the Wild ‘n Out star traveled to Miami again in May for a mommy makeover — or extra particularly, a “gluteal augmentation procedure” (AKA a BBL). She was prescribed some hefty medicine afterwards, in accordance with an post-mortem report obtained by Page Six. Unfortunately, she quickly after developed a relentless headache, which by the night of May 31 worsened to the purpose that she felt like her head was “burning.” So, a member of the family known as 911. Sadly, she was unresponsive by the point they arrived, and was later pronounced lifeless on the hospital as a result of swelling in her mind and extreme bleeding of the pores and skin round her torso.

The public rapidly started urgent her plastic surgeon, Dr. Zachary Okhah, who hit again at allegations that he could have induced her loss of life. At the time, he pleaded that he follows all “universally recognized medical standards.” And now, regulation enforcement officers have made the ultimate name on whether or not or not he could doubtlessly be held accountable.
On Monday, the Miami Police Department advised TMZ that following the medical expert’s ruling of the 33-year-old’s loss of life as unintentional, officers will not launch an investigation into the matter. This means Okhah won’t face prison fees, as Jacky’s loss of life was apparently as a result of issues from the surgical procedure.
Any approach this might have gone, there’s no denying how unhappy of a scenario it stays. Jacky shared three younger youngsters with rapper DC Young Fly — and our hearts proceed to be with all of them. Such a troublesome time and an unimaginable ordeal.
