Janelle Monae Turns Heads at Critics Choice Awards with See-Through Dress

Janelle Monae received the SeeHer Award at the Critics Choice present this weekend — and it appears she wore one thing that was fairly on theme … ‘trigger everybody received an eyeful.

The actress/singer hit the purple carpet Sunday at the Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel in L.A., the place she was one of many clear standouts of the evening by way of style … sporting a chic black costume that seems to be from Vera Wang’s Spring 2023 assortment.

Of course, whereas she appeared nice … what actually turned heads was the truth that her robe was see-through, particularly upstairs — the place she did not appear to be sporting a bra.

There had been different considerably revealing cutouts within the costume — across the pelvis space — that made it a complete stunner … and Janelle pulled it off with type. She’s naturally a knockout, however lots of people had been kinda shocked she went on the market like this … displaying off the bod!

Eventually, she accepted her award for the evening — which was meant to honor artists who provide up illustration and authenticity of their roles and performances and work … and Janelle does each in movie and in her music. She acknowledged as a lot in her speech.
