The Cold Chisel frontman apologised to his followers in a Facebook put up shared in a single day, revealing he’s combating bacterial pneumonia.
“I’m sorry to let you know that I’ve been receiving intravenous antibiotics over the last 36 hours to treat bacterial pneumonia,” Barnes’ message started.

Bacterial pneumonia is a bacterial infection within the lungs that causes pneumonia, which is when the lung’s air sacs refill with fluid.
Respiratory failure, sepsis, and lung abscess are amongst pneumonia’s potential problems.
