Apparently, there was nearly a world the place John Stamos didn’t painting Uncle Jesse on Full House!
The sitcom’s creator Jeff Franklin sat down with Dave Coulier to debate the pilot through the first episode of the actor’s new podcast present, Full House Rewind. And they dropped some bombshells for followers of the beloved sequence! During their chat at one level, Dave and Jeff recalled the primary forged desk learn. The 63-year-old star mentioned:

Obviously, somebody talked him out of leaving the challenge or he moved previous his ego! Because John went on to play Jesse Katsopolis for the entire eight season run of the sequence between 1987 to 1995. He starred alongside Dave, Jodie, Mary-Kate Olsen, Ashley Olsen, Candace Cameron Bure, Andrea Barber, Lori Loughlin, and the late Bob Saget. John later reprised his function for the reboot sequence, Fuller House, between 2016 and 2020. There’s little question his time on Full House cemented him as an enormous TV star. So clearly, it wasn’t a mistake as he first thought!
