Two unemployed males have been on Thursday arraigned in a a Dei-Dei Grade l Area Court in Abuja for allegedly stealing materials and caps valued at N 93, 000.
The police charged Ibrahim Haruna, 28 and Lawali Badamasi, 31, who resides in Dei-Dei, with joint act and theft.
They pleaded not responsible to the cost.
Earlier, the Prosecution Counsel, Chinedu Ogada, knowledgeable the court docket that Awal Yusuf of Dakwa reported the matter on the Dei Dei Police Station on Jan. 2.
He mentioned that the defendants conspired and stole two totally different brocade supplies and three caps value N93, 000.
The Judge, Saminu Suleiman admitted the defendants to bail within the sum of N100, 000 every with one surety every in like sum and the adjourned the case till Jan. 23 for point out.
