Kanye West has supplied some particulars about his relationship with adidas, revealing that the corporate is utilizing his designs with out compensating him.
On Monday (February 26), the Chicago native took to social media to speak about his messy fallout with the sportswear titan whereas insisting that his followers don’t buy any of their Yeezy-inspired merchandise.
“Let me explain really clear to you guys what’s happening with adidas,” he started in an Instagram clip. “Not only are they putting out fake colorways that are not approved, they’re suing me for $250,000,000 and they’re also not paying me for these shoes that they’re putting out that have my name on it.
“They’re using contract clauses and 50 years of business experience to rape an artist — one of ya’ll favorite artist — right in front of ya’ll, in broad daylight.”
Snoop Dogg even hopped within the feedback part of the above put up to indicate his help with: “Speak ya truth [thumbs-up emoji, bicep-flex emoji].”
In a separate put up, he screenshot a 350 V2 shoe itemizing on the adidas IG web page and captioned it: “Anybody who loves Ye would not buy these fake Yeezys I never made these color ways I’m not getting paid off of them and adidas is suing me.
“All these celebrities and the public will stand against a T shirt or the color of my hat but when yall see me have my children hidden from me or see an actual Fortune 500 company rape one of your heroes in real life don’t nobody say nothing or do nothing.”
He concluded: “As far as the system goes What yall gone do now Take my album down again Freeze my accounts again Threaten people to not work with me again All the new non approved 350’s are cooorny.”

Contrary to the above claims, Ye stated final month that the adidas is suing him for greater than he’s price.
In late January, the social media account of an Atlanta-based sneaker firm shared {a photograph} of a Yeezy Pod to level out that the sizing doesn’t match the product’s proportions. The caption learn: “So this what they mean when Size 3 fits size 10-13 in the Yzy Pod?”
