Kathryn Dennis has reportedly moved into her father’s house after being evicted from her luxurious condo weeks in the past.
On the heels of a collection of social media posts from the Southern Charm star, it’s being revealed that the mom of two, whose contract for the present was not renewed for a ninth season, is presently residing together with her dad, Luke Dennis, at his controversial property in Berkeley County, South Carolina.
“She’s back with her dad in Moncks Corner for now, I knew she would be,” an insider advised The U.S. Sun on April 24. “The house is on the water and has a lot of land but it’s a very old property and needs work doing on it. Her dad is the only one living there since her mom passed.”
After going through a collection of evictions all through 2022, throughout which era she lived briefly together with her now-ex-boyfriend, Chleb Ravenell, Kathryn settled an eviction lawsuit introduced in opposition to her in March.
“Kathryn has a lot of issues and I hear he’s pretty tired of it all but still supports her of course,” the supply added.
In the weeks since she was evicted from her newest condo on March 8, Kathryn has been posting on Instagram from her controversial household house, Lewisfield Plantation.
“Back to my roots tour,” she captioned a video of herself driving across the property.
“It’s so sad it’s come to this, but she has nobody to blame but herself,” the insider continued. “I’ve been told she has a new manager, but she’s been through so many, who knows what she’s going to do next, she’s never really had a real job.”
In a since-deleted scene from the third season of Southern Charm, Kathryn was seen giving a tour of her household’s plantation to Okay. Cooper Ray.
“And there’s actually a slave cemetery over there — no joke!” she advised him on the premiere.
“Wow! So this was a rice plantation?” he replied.
“Yes. Rice, cotton, and tobacco,” she confirmed.
As Southern Charm followers might have heard, Kathryn was not given a contract for season 9 as a consequence of her reportedly poor therapy of employees and her equally unfavorable work ethic.
“I know Bravo didn’t offer her a contract, but when you treat people poorly like she has they finally get sick of it,” an insider beforehand revealed to The U.S. Sun. “She doesn’t show up on time or show up at all during filming a lot. She treats people like they are beneath her. She can’t stand anyone doing better or getting more attention than her.”
Southern Charm season 9 wrapped manufacturing in late March and is anticipated to start airing on Bravo someday in the approaching months.
