Kim Kardashian has revealed that being a toddler of divorce made it simpler for her when it got here to dealing with her personal break up from husband Kanye West.
Speaking to GQ, Kardashian explained that she tapped into recollections of how her dad and mom explained their 1991 divorce to her and her sisters.
“I did think about how my parents handled it with us. I just remember them being open,” she stated, regardless of noting her worry of her dad and mom calling it quits.
“Ultimately, what matters is that kids feel loved and heard,” she informed the outlet.

“You want to be sensitive because they’re just kids, and it’s hard to go through no matter what age,” she added.
“You have to make sure that you only go to a level that they can understand,” she continued. “It’s OK to show a vulnerable side. You never go to a negative side.”
Kardashian and West’s divorce was finalised in March 2022 and since then, each stars have publicly expressed their post-divorce struggles.

The star confessed she turned to remedy prior to her divorce and sought out a toddler psychologist to assist her within the aftermath of the break up.
“I do have a therapist that only deals in child psychology that I talk to to get parenting tips and advice,” she explained.
“Sometimes I feel challenged by parenting.”

Despite her challenges nevertheless, the TV star expressed her appreciation for the buddies who help her.
“I have the best group of friends and we talk about everything together, so that to me is therapy,” she stated. “I hit the lottery, the f–king Mega Ball of friends.”
Kim’s childhood good friend, Allison Statter, informed the publication that she’s proud that the mum of 4 was ready to put her worry apart and go forward with the divorce.
“I know how scared she was to do it ’cause deep down inside, she wanted her family to stay together,” she shared. “And because she was like, ‘I don’t know what life is going to be like on the other side of this.’ I was just so proud of her.”

Kardashian’s sister Khloe additionally chimed in.
“It’s a different assurance that she has in herself,” she stated.
“She knows she can do it on her own. She knows the power that she has within herself, as opposed to thinking the power was in someone else’s hands.”
