Lizzo’s former backup dancers aren’t being rattled by her countersuit.
On Wednesday, the Truth Hurts songstress’ lawyer, Marty Singer, introduced a countersuit towards Arianna Davis, Noelle Rodriguez, and Crystal Williams — who filed a lawsuit towards Lizzo earlier this month, accusing her of sexual harassment, making a hostile work setting, physique shaming, and extra. The Cuz I Love You singer was fast to disclaim all allegations, and in her countersuit for malicious prosecution, Marty known as the entire thing a “sham” whereas claiming his crew has proof to assist their idea. Most notably, he suggests a photograph taken of the women debunks their lawsuit.

However, the plaintiffs are holding sturdy of their accusations.
On Friday, Ron Zambrano, who represents Lizzo’s three former backup dancers of their swimsuit, informed Page Six:
“Lizzo’s threat to countersue for malicious prosecution is an insidious attempt at intimidation and delivers a chilling effect to all harassment victims in the workplace.”
He added:
“The scare tactics, bullying and victim shaming coming from Lizzo’s team is exactly the behavior employees face in the entertainment industry who feel they have no choice but to ‘suck it up’ for access and success.”
