One of the nitrate film frames
Hi all,
Recently in a member of the family’s outdated barn in the north of Ireland I found a group of silent 35mm nitrate reels.
I’ve managed to get knowledgeable to find out that they’re certainly nitrate, and from the “LL” symbols on the facet I can inform that the film probably originates from the UK between 1921 to 1940, with the style in the film pointing to very early in that interval. (Relevant picture right here)
Sadly there aren’t any title playing cards, no credit to help establish the footage, and surprisingly the reels are quick and normally involved with a single scene, nearly as in the event that they had been meant to be joined to make a lower of the film. (Example of a guide be part of is right here)
If anybody is ready to establish the footage, or any of the actors I’d be extraordinarily grateful, significantly as there’s a excessive probability this can be a misplaced silent film.
