Former Arsenal and Manchester City striker, Emmanuel Adebayor feels Manchester United goalkeeper, Andre Onana didn’t respect Cameroon.
Adebayor additionally insisted that Onana ‘alienated’ his worldwide teammates and African supporters on the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
This comes after Onana watched Cameroon’s AFCON 1-1 draw with Guinea from the sidelines earlier this week after linking up late along with his nationwide group.
The former Inter Milan star has confronted criticism over the choice, with former Cameroon star, Sebastien Bassong accusing him of ‘disrespecting’ his nation.
Speaking concerning the improvement, Adebayor instructed Sport News Africa:
” He [Andre Onana] didn’t respect Cameroon.
“I used to be a participant like him, and even being a very powerful participant in my choice, I by no means acted on this means [arriving on the day of the match].
