Melissa Gorga is revealing her facet of the story behind the altercation that befell between her, her husband Joe Gorga, and their Real Housewives of New Jersey co-star Jennifer Aydin throughout BravoCon.
In a now-viral video, Jennifer and the Gorgas turned entangled in a verbal spat within the foyer of the Gansevoort Hotel that turned bodily when Jennifer hurled a drink at Joe after he known as her a “dirty b**ch.”
During an October 20 episode of her podcast, Melissa Gorga On Display, Melissa stated that she “rarely” felt the necessity to touch upon such trivial arguments, however she wished to handle the scenario and supply some context behind the scenario.

“Things are really just not in your lane,” Melissa stated. “You gotta stay in your lane. Second of all, I’m not sure what show you’re watching if I’m ‘hanging on by a thread.’ … It’s just, like, a very toxic road to go down to create tension that’s unnecessary at a celebratory event.”
Melissa claims that she and Joe have been minding their very own enterprise and chatting with stars from Bravo’s Family Karma, after which Melissa says Jennifer and her assistant sauntered into the resort and shot her obvious appears, prompting Melissa to reply.
“She walks in with her assistant and just goes to walk by me and gives me this snarky stare in my eyes as she’s walking past me,” Melissa recalled. “I just look at her and I go — in my tone, in my Melissa Gorga tone, no yelling or screaming — I go, ‘Keep moving, wannabe. Come on, loser, just keep walking. There’s the elevator.’ Literally all I said.”
Melissa’s remark hit a nerve with an alleged “not sober” Jen, who started “screaming and yelling” on the couple.
“Now she freaks out, now she tries to throw a drink on the guy I work with,” Melissa claimed. “She threw it all over the lobby. It got all over the security guard. … By the way, she should probably take care of his dry-cleaning bill.”
Melissa additionally defined Joe’s function within the altercation, saying, “I don’t think we give Joe enough credit, and he’s 100 percent wrong sometimes — but he literally said, ‘I don’t even know how this dirty b***h is on the show.’ He did say that out loud, but he said it to the other people we were talking to. Is he right? No, but he said that.”
