TMZ Hip Hop obtained docs verify 34-year-old Zachary L. Bentonโs $2,000 money bond was forfeited after he missed a March 18 courtroom date for the case.

We broke the story again in December โฆ Benton and a 15-year-old minor are accused of viciously attacking George Obregon Jr. โ a Nardo fan who was making an attempt to get a selfie with the rapper.
In the video, Benton throws one sucker punch, after which the minor follows up with a number of photographs to Georgeโs face, knocking him out chilly on the pavement and inflicting a concussion.

Nardo wasnโt with the smoke, and distanced himself from the assault โฆ whereas Benton later surrendered to police, and was charged with felony aggravated battery.
