A brand new picture has been launched by Netflix UK’s social media, which teases the upcoming ultimate season of The Crown, which can cowl Prince Charles (now King Charles III) and his second royal wedding ceremony to his present spouse, Camilla Parker-Bowles.
The put up on Netflix’s UK social media web page encompasses a image of an order of service from the royal wedding ceremony, which happened in 2005. The teaser confirms that The Crown‘s final season will feature Charles grieving the death of Princess Diana in 1997 and later moving on to his second wife, the now Queen Camilla.
The show’s producers beforehand defined that they filmed the loss of life of Princess Diana with “enormous sensitivity.”
Executive producer Suzanne Mackie mentioned of the ultimate season and actress Elizabeth Debicki’s portrayal of Diana:
“The show might be big and noisy, but we’re not. We’re thoughtful people and we’re sensitive people. There were very careful, long conversations about how we were going to do it. The audience will judge it in the end, but I think it’s been delicately, thoughtfully recreated. Elizabeth Debicki is an extraordinary actress and she was so thoughtful and considerate. She loved Diana. There’s a huge amount of respect from us all, I hope that’s evident.”
The Crown is about to return for its sixth and ultimate season later this Fall.
